Graphene Lubrication

Graphene is a new carbon material composed of tightly packed single-layer carbon atoms, forming a honeycomb-like structure. It’s recognized globally as having the highest strength and hardness among known materials, with the lowest friction coefficient. Graphene is incredibly thin—only 1/200,000th the diameter of a human hair—and its molecules are about 0.033 nanometers in size. Graphene is 200 times harder than steel, and a 1-millimeter-thick layer of graphite corresponds to approximately 3 million layers of graphene.

Graphene lubrication technology utilizes the movement of friction to infuse graphene lubricant materials into the micro-friction surfaces of metals. Through the attraction of charges between graphene and metal friction interface materials, graphene firmly attaches to the friction metal surface. Under high-energy mechanical alloying, it forms a wear-resistant, low-friction coefficient graphene alloy solid lubrication protective layer, synergizing with lubricants to create a lubrication film. This demonstrates excellent anti-wear and anti-friction effects.

Graphene lubricants are modified to integrate perfectly into lubricant systems by grafting fatty acid chain groups onto single-layer carbon atoms of graphene. This modification enhances its excellent anti-wear, anti-friction, and heat dissipation properties.

Six Major Advantages:

  1. Power Enhancement and Fuel Savings: Graphene significantly reduces wear, enhancing power and achieving fuel savings of 10-15%.
  2. Reduced Exhaust Emissions: It quickly disperses engine carbon deposits, inhibiting sludge and promoting environmental protection by lowering exhaust emissions.
  3. Extended Maintenance Intervals: It fills micro-pores and defects on technical surfaces, forming a protective film that reduces wear and saves on maintenance costs.
  4. High Thermal Conductivity: With a thermal conductivity rate of up to 5000MK(KM0), it efficiently dissipates engine heat through circulation systems.
  5. Excellent Thermal Stability: It maintains exceptional anti-wear and anti-friction capabilities even at temperatures as high as 150-200 degrees Celsius due to its stable chemical properties.
  6. Extended Engine Lifespan: It tightly wraps mechanical friction surfaces, forming an oil film during engine operation, offering unparalleled protection and self-repair capabilities compared to traditional lubricants.

These characteristics make graphene lubricants highly effective for improving vehicle and industrial equipment performance.
