Zhongfu Shenying Releases New Carbon Fiber Products

On September 2nd, Zhongfu Shenying, a leading domestic high-performance carbon fiber manufacturer, unveiled a series of new products, including the world’s first high-strength, high-modulus carbon fiber. According to company representatives, the newly released SYM0X-12K product combines the advantages of both high strength and high modulus, showing broad application potential in fields such as aerospace, high-end sports and leisure, and low-altitude economy.

As a leader in the Chinese high-performance carbon fiber industry, Zhongfu Shenying’s total production capacity has now reached 28,500 tons, placing the company among the top three in the world. The company’s output of T700-grade carbon fiber and above ranks first in China.

In the aerospace sector, Zhongfu Shenying is conducting high-temperature toughened epoxy resin prepreg validation, becoming a supplier for the urgent evaluation of domestic material replacements for China’s large aircraft. The company’s T1100-grade and M40X-grade carbon fibers are undergoing application validation in aerospace and have also been successfully applied in high-end sports and leisure fields.

According to the 2023 Global CFRP Market Report by Guangzhou Sai’ao, global carbon fiber production capacity in 2023 reached 293,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 12.3%. China’s carbon fiber capacity reached 141,000 tons, accounting for 48% of global operational capacity. Currently, the domestic carbon fiber market faces price pressure. Many companies at recent exhibitions have emphasized that in addition to technological innovation and cost reduction, actively exploring downstream application scenarios in partnership with customers is a key strategy for navigating current challenges.
